Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, kesehatan kerja, pemberdayaan karyawan, dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (Bank BNI KCU Rawamangun). Metode analisis pada penelitian ini secara kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 125 orang karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (Bank BNI KCU Rawamangun). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, kriteria sampelnya adalah karyawan tetap PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (Bank BNI KCU Rawamangun) dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 95 orang karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25 for Macbook. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel Pengembangan Karir dan Kesehatan Kerja. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja adalah Pemberdayaan Karyawan dan Beban Kerja. Serta secara simultan variabel Pengembangan Karir, Kesehatan Kerja, Pemberdayaan Karyawan, dan Beban Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. This purpose of this research was to find the effect of career development, occupational health, employee empowerment, and workload on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (Bank BNI KCU Rawamangun) The method of analysis in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population of the research was were 125 employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (Bank BNI KCU Rawamangun). The sampling method used a purposive sampling, the sample criteria are permanent employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (Bank BNI KCU Rawamangun) and the sample used was 95 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. In this research was analyzed using SPSS version 25 for Macbook. The results of this research showed that Job Satisfaction was influenced by the variables of Career development and Occupational Health. Variables that had no effect on Job Satisfaction are Employee Empowerment and Workload. And simultaneously the variables of Career Development, Occupational Health, Employee Empowerment, and Workload together affect Job Satisfaction.
