Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kewargaan organisasi, penghargaan dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Mandiri Area Jakarta Cikini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metoda pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Bank Mandiri Area Jakarta Cikini. Metoda pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi software SmartPLS 3.3.4. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1) Perilaku kewargaan organisasi/Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Mandiri Area Jakarta Cikini. (2) Penghargaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Mandiri Area Jakarta Cikini. (3) Promosi Jabatan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Mandiri Jakarta Cikini. (4) Perilaku kewargaan organisasi, Penghargaan dan Promosi Jabatan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Mandiri Area Jakarta Cikini Kata Kunci :Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi, Penghargaan, Promosi Jabatan, dan Kinerja Karyawan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior, rewards and promotions on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Jakarta Cikini Area. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees at Bank Mandiri Jakarta Cikini Area. sampling method using probability sampling technique with the type of simple random sampling. In this study, the data analysis technique used the SmartPLS 3.3.5 software application. The results of the study concluded (1) Organizational citizenship behavior has an effect on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Jakarta Cikini Area. (2) Reward has an effect on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Jakarta Cikini Area. (3) Job promotion affects employee performance at Bank Mandiri Jakarta Cikini Area. (4) Organizational citizenship behavior, rewards and job promotions affect employee performance at Bank Mandiri Jakarta Cikini Area.
