Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, disiplin kerja, stress kerja dan work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Pegawai Honorer Bagian Umum - Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan survei. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Honorer Bagian Umum Kantor Pusat Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara yang berjumlah 90 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Honorer Bagian Umum Kantor Pusat Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara, variabel Stress Kerja dan Work Life Balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai Honorer Bagian Umum Kantor Pusat Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, compensation, work discipline, work stress and work life balance on job satisfaction in General Section Honorary Employees - Directorate General of State Assets. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a survey. The population and sample of this study were the General Section Honorary Employees of the Directorate General of State Assets, totaling 90 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is the coefficient of determination using the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that the variables of Work Environment, Compensation, and Work Discipline had a significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of Honorary Employees of the General Section of the Directorate General of State Assets, Work Stress and Work Life Balance variables had no significant effect on job satisfaction of Honorary Employees of the General Section of the Directorate General of Head Office.
