Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Prima International Cargo. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Prima International Cargo yang berjumlah 100 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan Karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pelatihan Karir dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Pengembangan Karir, Pelatihan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara hasil untuk uji t bahwa variabel Pelatihan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Prima International Cargo sedangkan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Prima International Cargo. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation, work environment and organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Prima International Cargo. The strategy used in this study is a quantitative research strategy with a survey method. The population and sample of this study were employees of PT. Prima International Cargo, total of 100 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is the coefficient of determination using the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that Career Development had no significant effect on employee performance, Career Training and Work Motivation had a significant effect on employee performance and Career Development, Job Training and Work Motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. The results for the t-test that the variables of Job Training and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Prima International Cargo's employees while Career Development has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of PT Prima International Cargo's employees.
