Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan teknik personal, dukungan manajemen puncak dan program pelatihan dan pendidikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda SPSS 24.00. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida Syariah. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah teknik sensus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada karyawan PT. Asuransi Askrida Syariah dan mengutip beberapa pendapat dari jurnal-jurnal penelitian yang sebelumnya. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa (1) Kemampuan teknik personal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. (2) Dukungan Manajemen Puncak tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. (3) Program Pelatihan dan Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kemampuan Teknik Personal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Hal ini terbukti dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,011. (2) Dukungan Manajemen Puncak tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Hal ini terbukti dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,197. (3) Program Pelatihan dan Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Hal ini terbukti dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Teknik Personal, Dukungan Manajemen Puncak, Program Pelatihan dan Pendidikan, Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi// This study aims to determine the effect of personal technical skills, top management support and training and education programs on the performance of accounting information systems of PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida Syariah. This study uses the type of associative quantitative research measured using multiple linear regression method SPSS 24.00. Population in this research is all employees at PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida Syariah. The sampling technique in this research is census technique. Data collection using primary and secondary data by using questionnaires given directly to employees of PT. Askrida Syariah Insurance and quotes some opinions from previous research journals. Hypothesis in this study states that (1) The ability of personal techniques have a positive and significant impact on the performance of Accounting Information Systems. (2) Top Management Support has no effect on Accounting Information System Performance. (3) Training and Education Program has positive and significant impact on Accounting Information System Performance. The results of this study indicate that (1) The ability of Personal Techniques have a positive and significant impact on Accounting Information System Performance. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.011. (2) Top Management Support has no effect on Accounting Information System Performance. This is evidenced by the significance value of 0.197.
