Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan, dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 113 karyawan dengan sampel sebanyak 103 karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, yang di analisis menggunakan koefisien determinasi dan dilakukan pengujian Hipotesis dengan Uji koefisien Determinasi, Uji t, Uji f. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan, Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh secara bersama – sama terhadap Prestasi Kerja. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, training and career development on employee performance at PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution with a total of 113 employees with a sample of 103 employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, which is analyzed using the coefficient of determination and testing the hypothesis with the coefficient of determination test, t test, f test. The results of this study can indicate that organizational culture has an effect on work performance. Training has an effect on Job Performance. Career Development has an effect on Work Achievement. Organizational Culture,Training, Career Development have a joint influence on Work Achievement.
