Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem dan prosedur penyaluran Kredit Usaha Mikro (KUM) kepada UMKM yang diberikan oleh KSP/Kopdit Sinar Harapan. Cabang Pembantu (Capem) Mataloko Nusa Tenggara Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekataan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, internet dan data dari pihak koperasi yang bersangkutan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem dan prosedur penyaluran Kredit Usaha Mikro (KUM) pada UMKM yang dilakukan oleh KSP/Kopdit Sinar Harapan Capem Mataloko telah dilaksanakan dengan baik mulai dari permohonan pinjaman, kajian tim kredit yang mencakup riwayat kredit anggota lama serta menjalankan analisis 5C (Character, Capacity, Collateral, and Condition of Economy), pemutusan pemberian kredit, realisasi pinjaman, hingga pengembalian pinjaman. Pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh pihak KSP/Kopdit Sinar Harapan sudah cukup efektif dengan adanya PDL (Petugas dinas lapangan) kemudian adanya prosedur penanganan kredit lalai dan prosedur penyerahan jaminan diterapkan oleh KSP/Kopdit Sinar Harapan The purpose of this study was to determine the system and procedure for distributing Micro Business Credit (KUM) to MSMEs provided by KSP/Kopdit Sinar Harapan. Sub Branch (Capem) Mataloko East Nusa Tenggara. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting primary and secondary data. The data were collected by observation, interview, internet and data from the cooperative concerned. The results showed that the system and procedure for distributing Micro Business Loans (KUM) to MSMEs carried out by KSP/Kopdit Sinar Harapan Capem Mataloko had been implemented properly starting from loan applications, reviewing the credit team which included credit history of old members and carrying out 5C (Character) analysis. , Capacity, Collateral, and Condition of Economy), termination of lending, loan realization, and loan repayment. The supervision carried out by the KSP/Kopdit Sinar Harapan has been quite effective with the existence of PDL (field service officers) then there are procedures for handling negligent credit and the procedure for submitting guarantees is applied by KSP/Kopdit Sinar Harapan
