Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas website, kepercayaan, promosi dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Tokopedia. Metode di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan. Sampel di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik porposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan alat bantu statistik SPSS 21.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kualitas website berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Adapun hasil pengujian secara simultan membuktikan bahwa kualitas website, kepercayaan, promosi, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. This study aims to determine the effect of website quality, trust, promotion, and price on customer satisfaction Tokopedia. The method in this study uses an associative method with a quantitative qualitative approach. The sample in this study used a positive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire and processed using statistical tools SPSS 21.0. The results of the study prove that website quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a significant effect on customer satifaction, promotion has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, and price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The result of simultaneos testing prove that website quality, trust, promotion, and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
