Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan lebih memahami seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Mandiri KCU Jakarta Cikini. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Maka hasil yang diperoleh terdapat adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari pelatihan, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Mandiri KCU Jakarta Cikini. Objek penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi sampel, yaitu 60 karyawan di Bank Mandiri KCU Jakarta Cikini yang terlibat dalam beberapa pertanyaan dan pernyataan dalam kuesioner yang diajukan. Adapun pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian variabel disiplin kerja memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta variabel kepuasan kerja juga memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Mandiri KCU Jakarta Cikini The purpose of this study was to find out and better understand how much influence training, work discipline, and job satisfaction have on employee performance at the Mandiri Bank Main Branch Office Jakarta Cikini. In this research, using descriptive method. So the result obtained are that there is a significant influence of training, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Mandiri Bank Main Branch Office Jakarta Cikini. The object of this study used the entire sample population, namely 60 employees at Mandiri Bank Main Branch Office Jakarta Cikini who were involved in several questions and statements in the questionnaire submitted. The data processing used is using the Path Analysis Model. The result showed that the training variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, then the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the job satisfaction variable also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Mandiri Bank Main Branch Office Jakarta Cikini.
