Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Martina Berto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiasi kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan software SPSS v24. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan PT.Martina Berto. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode Convenience Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 112 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan observasi dan kuesioner yang disebar kepada karyawan PT. Martina Berto. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji t variabel Pengembangan Karir secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. sedangkan variabel motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil uji f variabel pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. This study aims to examine whether the influence of career development, work motivation and organizational culture affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Martina Berto. This study uses a causal association method with a quantitative approach, which is measured using SPSS v24 software. The population of this study is the company PT.Martina Berto. The sample was determined based on the Convenience Sampling method, with a total sample of 112 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques based on observations and questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Martina Berto. The results of the study prove that based on the results of the t test, the Career Development variable partially does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. while the variables of work motivation and organizational culture partially have a significant effect on job satisfaction. based on the results of the f-test variable career development, work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously affect job satisfaction.
