Abstract
ABSTRAK PT Indofarma Global Medika merupakan perusahaan pada sektor kesehatan. Prediksi financial distress penting dilakukan pada perusahaan guna mencegah kebangkrutan. Dalam penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan pada prediksi financial distress PT Indofarma Global Medika. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan perusahaan di laman resmi BEI periode laporan Tahun 2018 – 2021. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Kinerja Keuangan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap financial distress pada PT Indofarma Global Media Sebelum dan Saat Covid. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai uji t kinerja keuangan sebesar 8.311 (sig. 0.000) untuk metode Springate dan -21.097 (Sig. 0.000) untuk metode Zmijewski. Sedangkan Nilai Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress pelaporan keuangan PT Indofarma Global Media Sebelum dan Saat Covid. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai uji t sebesar -1,324 (Sig. 0.208) untuk metode Springate dan -1.529 (Sig. 0.150) untuk metode Zmijewski. Nilai uji F sebesar 42.853 (Sig. 0,000) untuk metode Springate dan 236.141 (Sig. 0,000) untuk metode Zmijewski. Dengan demikian maka kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan berpengaruh bersama-sama terhadap financial distress pelaporan keuangan PT Indofarma Global Media Kata Kunci : Kinerja keuangan, nilai perusahaan, financial distress, springate, zmijewski. PT Indofarma Global Medika is a company in the health sector. Predicting financial distress is important for companies to prevent bankruptcy. In this study, it identified the influence of financial performance and company value on the prediction of financial distress of PT Indofarma Global Medika. This study uses a type of quantitative research with secondary data, namely the company's financial reports on the official website of the IDX for the 2018 – 2021 reporting period. The results prove that financial performance has a significant and significant effect on financial distress at PT Indofarma Global Media before and during Covid. This is indicated by the financial performance t-test value of 8,311 (sig. 0.000) for the Springate method and -21.097 (Sig. 0.000) for the Zmijewski method. Meanwhile, the Company Value has no effect on the financial distress of PT Indofarma Global Media's financial reporting before and during Covid. This is indicated by the t test value of -1.324 (Sig. 0.208) for the Springate method and -1.529 (Sig. 0.150) for the Zmijewski method. The F test value is 42,853 (Sig. 0.000) for the Springate method and 236.141 (Sig. 0.000) for the Zmijewski method.
