Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen Geprek Bensu, Rawamangun Jakarta Timur. Metoda yang digunakan adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Metoda survei dilakukan dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen Geprek Bensu Rawamangun di Jakarta Timur. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 115 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Geprek Bensu, Rawamangun Jakarta Timur. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price on consumer satisfaction in Geprek Bensu, Rawamangun, East Jakarta. The method used is causal associative with a quantitative approach, the survey method is carried out using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were consumers of Geprek Bensu Rawamangun in East Jakarta. The sample used is 115 people. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS 3. The results showed that product quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, price had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction Geprek Bensu, Rawamangun, East Jakarta.
