Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan memahami serta menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT. Nuscaco Perkasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif yang bersifat assosiatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert, populasi dalam pengumpulan data ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Nuscaco Perkasa. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan pengumpulan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling,yang berjumlahsebanyak 85 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur dengan bantuan software WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, untuk variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasidan variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen, secara simultan kepuasan kerja, motivasi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. The purpose of this study was to identify and understand and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, motivation and career development on organizational commitment to employees of PT. Mighty Nuscaco. This study uses an associative quantitative method using a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale, the population in this data collection is employees who work at PT. Mighty Nuscaco. The sampling method used was sample collection with purposive sampling method, totaling 85 employees. In this study, the data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results showed that the job satisfaction variable had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, for the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and the career development variable had a significant positive effect on commitment, simultaneously job satisfaction, motivation and career development had an effect on organizational commitment.
