Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pelatihan, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Rajawali Nusindo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif dengan dasar analisis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Rajawali Nusindo. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur dengan bantuan software WarpPLS 8.0. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of training, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Rajawali Nusindo. This study refers to an associative approach on the basis of research analysis using descriptive and quantitative statistical approaches, which are measured using data collection methods using questionnaires measured using a likert scale. The population of this study were employees of PT. Rajawali Nusindo. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 100 respondents. In this study, the data analysis technique used was path analysis with the help of WarpPLS 8.0 software. The results of the study concluded that Training has no effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive effect and significant on Employee Performance, and Work Motivation has a positive effect and significant on Employee Performance.
