Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, serta pengaruh pengembangan karir, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi Asosiatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survei dimana penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada analisis kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan Karir (X1) berpengaruh secara positif dan signikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y), Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara positif dan signikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y), Lingkungan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh secara positif dan signikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y). This study aims to determine the effect of career development on employee job satisfaction, the effect of work discipline on employee job satisfaction, the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction, and the effect of career development, work discipline and work environment together on employee job satisfaction. The research strategy used in this study based on the characteristics of the main research problem is the Associative strategy. The method used in this research is a survey method where this research focuses on quantitative analysis. Data collection techiques using a questionnaire. The sampling method used in this research is the saturated sample method. The results of this study indicate that Career Development (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y), Work Discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y), Work Environment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y).
