Abstract

Penggunaan alat RTGC penting dalam kegiatan bongkar muat di pelabuhan , sehingga perlu adanya perawatan preventive dan corrective secara intensif. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Preventive Maintenance dan Corrective Maintenance terhadap Availability alat Unit Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane (RTGC) Pada PT Jasa Peralatan Pelabuhan Indonesia. Strategi dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif sebagai metoda penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laki-laki dan perempuan yang berada di workshop pelabuhan Tanjung Priok di PT. Jasa Pelayanan Pelabuhan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Metoda analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS versi 3.2.9 dan dievaluasi dengan outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkn bahwa (1) secara parsial Preventive Maintenance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Availability Alat Unit RTGC. (2) Secara parsial Corrective Maintenance memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Availability alat Unit RTGC (3) Kedua Variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Availability Alat yaitu Preventive Maintenance dan Corrective Maintenance yang dikerjakan rutin dan terplanning secara harian , bulanan , dan tahunan The use of RTGC tools is important in loading and unloading activities at ports, so intensive preventive and Corrective Maintenance is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance on the Availability of the Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane (RTGC) Unit at PT Jasa Peralatahn Pelabuhan Indonesia. The strategy in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach as a research method. The population in this study were men and women who were in the Tanjung Priok port workshop at PT. Indonesian Port Services. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS version 3.2.9 program and evaluated with the outer model and inner model. The results of this study conclude that (1) Preventive Maintenance partially has a positive and significant effect on the Availability of the RTGC Unit Tool. (2) Partially Corrective Maintenance has a positive and significant effect on the Availability of the RTGC Unit (3) The two variables have a positive and significant influence on the Availability of the Equipment, namely Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance which are carried out routinely and planned on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. .
