Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bank Central Asia Cabang Altira Sunter. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan Bank Central Asia Cabang Altira Sunter dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik data deskriptif dan analisis jawaban responden. Penelitian ini bersifat explanatory yang menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan Variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bank Central Asia Cabang Altira Sunter. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Altira Sunter Branch of Bank Central Asia. This study uses a quantitative study using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Altira Sunter Branch of Bank Central Asia with a total of 30 respondents. The data analysis method used is statistical analysis of descriptive data and analysis of respondents' answers. This research is explanatory which explains the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. Data processing in this study using SPSS version 25.0 program. The analysis used in this study includes validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, and t test. The results of the t test show that work motivation and work environment variables have no significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline variables have a significant effect on performance.
