Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Yamaha Indonesia Kawasan Industri Pulogadung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metoda survei yang bersifat asosiatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dan menganalisis data dengan mencari pendapat dari subjek yang diteliti dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel yang diteliti. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh PT Yamaha Indonesia Kawasan Industri Pulogadung yang jumlahnya 1400 karyawan, peneliti menentukan sampel sejumlah 100 responden karyawan PT Yamaha Indonesia Kawasan Industri Pulogadung. Menurut Widayat (2014:62) besarnya sampel minimum untuk penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif yaitu sebanyak 100 sampel. Data primer yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 26. Analisis statistik data dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan (4) gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee loyalty, the effect of work motivation on employee loyalty, the effect of work discipline on employee loyalty at PT. Yamaha Indonesia Pulogadung Industrial Estate. The method used in this study is an associative survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach. Collecting data and analyzing data by seeking opinions from the subjects studied by using a questionnaire to determine the influence between the variables studied. The population in this study is all PT Yamaha Indonesia Pulogadung Industrial Estate, which has 1400 employees. The researcher determined a sample of 100 employees of PT Yamaha Indonesia Pulogadung Industrial Estate. According to Widayat (2014:62) the minimum sample size for descriptive research is 100 samples. Primary data were processed using SPSS 26. Statistical analysis of the data in this study were validity, reliability, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leadership style has a significant effect on employee loyalty (2) work motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty (3) work discipline has a significant effect on employee loyalty (4) the leadership style, work motivation and work discipline has a significant effect on employee loyalty.
