Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses audit operasional terhadap siklus penjualan di PT Astra Motor Center Jakarta untuk menganalisis dan menilai adanya temuan dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk menilai efektif, efisien pada siklus penjualan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan data yang diperoleh observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan melaksanakan survei pendahuluan, merencanakan audit operasional, melaksanakan audit operasional, evaluasi audit dan melaporkan hasil audit. Hasil audit menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan siklus penjualan sudah berjalan dengan baik dan efektif. Sudah sesuai dengan Standart Operating Procedures (SOP) pada perusahaan PT Astra motor Center Jakarta. Ditemukan ada kendala pada pembayaran penagihan yaitu ada persyaratan pembayaran yang diminta konsumen untuk melakukan pembayaran sehingga terjadinya piutang This study aims to determine the operational audit process on the sales cycle at PT Astra Motor Center Jakarta to analyze and assess the findings and provide recommendations to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales cycle. This study uses qualitative methods with data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis by conducting a preliminary survey, planning an operational audit, carrying out an operational audit, evaluating the audit and reporting the audit results. The audit results show that the overall sales cycle has been running well and effectively. It is in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at the PT Astra Motor Center Jakarta company. It was found that there were problems with billing payments, namely there were payment requirements that consumers asked to make payments so that receivables occurred
