Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, dan Self-Efficacy terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT Jaya Mulya Trans. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif Deskriptif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Jaya Mulya Trans. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 114 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jawaban responden, analisis data deskriptif, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Data dalam penelitian ini dihitung dengan bantuan program SPSS Statistics Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Self-Efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Self-Efficacy, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Workload, Career Development, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Jaya Mulya Trans. This type of research is Quantitative Descriptive with the method used is the survey method. The research population is all employees who work at PT Jaya Mulya Trans. The sample in this study amounted to 114 respondents. The data analysis method used the analysis of respondents' answers, descriptive data analysis, test of the coefficient of determination, and t test. The data in this study were calculated with the help of the SPSS Statistics Version 25 program. The results of the study show that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Self-Efficacy has no effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Keywords: Workload, Career Development, Self-Efficacy, Employee Job Satisfaction
