Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Pengembangan Karir, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada Kantor Kelurahan Pondok Kelapa). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online Google Forms yang diukur dengan menggunakan diagram skala likert. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan kriteria karyawan yang bekerja di Kantor Kelurahan Kelapa berjumlah 26 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan strategi asosiatif dengan perhitungan SEM-PLS menggunakan software SmartPLS Versi 3.2.9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, Pengembangan Karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Democratic Leadership Style, Career Development, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction (Case Study at Pondok Kelapa District Office). There were 26 respondents who participated as the sample of this study. The sample was selected using saturated sampling technique. Research data was collected from a Google Forms questionnaire which was distributed to all employees working in the Pondok Kelapa sub-district office and then analyzed using the SmartPLS program version 3.2.9. The results of this study state that Democratic Leadership Style has no effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Career Development has no effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, and the Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction.
