Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi,motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Eres Revco. Strategi dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel ialah Non-probability Sampling dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jumlah populasi yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden karyawan PT Eres Revco yang dianalisis menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 26. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner melalui Google Form dan analisis statistik data menggunakan uji hipotesis dengan uji T dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Eres Revco. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Eres Revco. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Eres Revco dan secara bersama kompetensi, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja keryawan PT Eres Revco. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work motivation and work environment on the work productivity of PT Eres Revco employees. The strategy in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is Non-probability Sampling using a saturated sample. The population sampled in this study was 80 employees of PT Eres Revco who were analyzed using software IBM SPSS version 26. Data collection techniques by means of a questionnaire through Google Form and statistical analysis of data using hypothesis testing with the T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT Eres Revco employees. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT Eres Revco employees. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT Eres Revco employees and together competence, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT Eres Revco employees.
