Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kinerja Keuangan yang di proksikan dengan Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan manufaktur sub-sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Sampel ditentukan dengan Purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang ada, di dapat sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 observasi. Metode analisis yang di gunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews-10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Return On Asset berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. (2) Return On Equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. (3) Net Profit Margin berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. (4) Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
