Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah dan dana perimbangan terhadap belanja modal. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Realisasi APBD yang tersaji di Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan tahun anggaran 2001-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi asosiatif kausal dengan metode regresi linear yang diolah dengan menggunakan program aplikasi E-views Versi10. Cakupan waktu penelitian bersifat deret waktu (time series) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 17 sampel. Data penelitian yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yang dari Laporan Realisasi APBD. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah dengan menggunakan Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal, Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Modal, Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal, Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Modal serta Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), dan Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH), secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal pada Pemerintahan Daerah DKI Jakarta Kata Kunci : PendapatanAsli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Dana Bagi Hasil dan Belanja Modal This study aims to examine the effect of regional revenue and balance funds on capital expenditure. The sample used in this study is the APBD Realization report presented at the Directorate General Of fiscal Balance 2001 – 2017. This study uses a causal associative strategy with a linear regression method that is processed using the e-views program version 10. The scope of the study is time series with a total sample of 17 samples. The research data used are secondary data from the APBD realization report. Data analysis techniques used test hypotheses are using multiple linear regresion analysis techniques. The result of the study showed that regional original income (PAD) partially had a significant effect on capital expenditure, general allocation funds (DAU) partially had no effect on capital expenditure, special allocation funds (DAK) partially had a significant effect on capital expenditure, revenue sharing funds (DBH) partial does not affect capital expenditure, as well as regional original income, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, revenue sharing funds simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure in the regional administration of DKI Jakarta Keywords : Local Revenue, General Allocation Fund and Capital Expenditure
