Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penatausahaan barang milik negara dan penerapan SIMAK-BMN terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan yang dilakukan pada Komisi Pemilihan Umum RI (Sekretariat Jenderal). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 Responden. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang yang berkaitan dengan barang milik negara yaitu bagian Biro Umum, Satker Inventaris,Operator SIMAK-BMN, dan bagian Akuntansi Pelaporan Keuangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara membagikan kuisioner dan wawancara kepada responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan software spss Ver 22. Hasil penelitianini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap penatausahaan barang milik negara dan penerapan SIMAK-BMN terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan. Dengan pembukuan, inventaris dan pelaporan BMN yang dilakukan sesuai dengan pedoman yang berlaku serta pemanfaatan SIMAK-BMN yang memadai akan berpengaruh terhadap laporan bmn yang dihasilkan. Kata kunci : Penatausahaan BMN, SIMAK-BMN, Kualitas Laporan Keuangan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of administration of state owned property and the application of SIMAK-BMN to the quality of financial reports conducted at the Indonesian General Election Commission (Secretariat General). This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. 40 respondents were used as samples in this study. By using the purposive sampling method, the sample in this study are employees who are related to state property, namely the section of the Household & General Head of Subdivision, SIMAK-BMN Operator, and the Financial Reporting Accounting section. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis using spss Ver 22 software. Based on the results of this study proves that there is a positive influence on the administration of state owned property and the application of SIMAK- BMN to the Quality of Financial Statements.
