Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengujia pakah pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Struktur Kepemilikan dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2013-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif yang diukur dengan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda dan diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 20. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sector pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2013 - 2018. Sampel ditentukan dengan cara purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 5 perusahaan sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini 30 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX: www.idx.co.id. Pengujian menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji statistik dan uji hipotesis (uji t, koefisien determinasi, dan uji F). Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu , GCG melalui dewan direksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, GCG melalui komite audit berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, struktur kepemilikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan , ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Dan secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pertambangan periode 2013-2018. Kata Kunci : Good Corporate Governance , Dewan Direksi , Komite Audit, Struktur Kepemilikan ,Ukuran Perusahaan , Return On Equity ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Ownership Structure and Company Size on Company Performance in mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2018. This study uses a quantitative type of descriptive research approach that is measured using multiple linear regression models and processed with SPSS version 20. The population of this study is mining sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013 - 2018. Samples are determined by purposive sampling, with the amount a sample of 5 companies so that the total observations in this study were 30 observations. The data used in this study is secondary data. The data collection technique uses the documentation method through the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id The test uses the classic assumption test, statistical test and hypothesis test (t-test, coefficient of determination, and F test). The results of the research that have been done, namely, GCG through the board of directors have a significant effect on company performance, GCG through audit committees has a significant negative effect on company performance, ownership structure does not affect company performance, firm size influences company performance. And simultaneously the independent variables have a significant effect on the performance of mining companies in the period 2013-2018.
