Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh media social dan suasana toko terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan di toko KD KEN 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian data primer melalui kuesioner, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode berbasis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 23.0. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah para Pelanggan KD KEN 3 yang terletak di Thamrin City. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 117 responden, dan lembar kuesioner disebar secara langsung. Kuesioner ini diuji dengan uji validitas dan realibilitas sebelum penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa media sosial dan suasana toko memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci : Media Sosial, Suasana Toko dan Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACT This study aims to examine whether the influence of social media and store atmosphere on customer purchasing decisions at the KD KEN 3 store. This study uses primary data research through questionnaires, which are measured using multiple linear regression based methods with SPSS 23.0. The population of this study is KD KEN 3 Customers located in Thamrin City. The sample used in this study was 117 respondents, and the questionnaire sheet was distributed directly. This questionnaire was tested with a validity and reliability test before the study. The results of this study indicate that social media and store atmosphere have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.
