Abstract

Abstract The aims of this research is to measure the influence of service quality, price, and location to customer satisfaction at Nimetler Auto Detailing Workshop. The research method used is the survey method with data analys is multiple linier resression. Using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The target population in this study are consumers who used the services at Nimetler Auto Detailing Workshop. The number of samples used in this study were 100 people. Simultaneously the result is Service quality (X1), Price (X2), and Location (X3) significantly influenced customer satisfaction with ɑ = 5%, with variations in Customer Satisfaction (Y) variable can be explained 51,9% by independent variable. And partially, each independent variables influenced customer satisfaction significantly. The conclusion of this research is that service quality, price and location can influenced consumer satisfaction. If the quality of service is improved, consumers will feel satisfied. If the price provided is affordable than the market price, consumer will feel satisfied. And workshop location is easily and access is smooth, so that cunsumers can easily find the location of the Nimeler Auto Detailing workshop for car coating.
