Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana kinerja keuangan dari pemerintah daerah kota Bekasi yang diukur dengan menggunakan rasio keuangan daerah yaitu rasio kemandirian, rasio efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah, dan rasio efesiensi belanja daerah. Metoda yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metoda penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan menyajikan data yang diterima dari Pemerintah Daerah Kota Bekasi berupa data-data jumlah anggaran pendapatan dan anggaran belanja daerah, realisasi pendapatan dan realisasi belanja daerah Kota Bekasi sehingga memberikan gambaran yang cukup jelas untuk penulis menganalisis serta membandingkan dengan teori yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan rasio kemandirian daerah yang dimana peranan pemerintah pusat semakin berkurang, rasio efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah memiliki kinerja yang kurang baik dalam merealisasikan PAD yang telah direncanakan, rasio efesiensi belanja daerah memiliki kinerja pemerintah dinilai cukup efisiensi dalam belanjanya karena realisasinya lebih dari 100% terhadap anggaran. This study aims to determine and analyze how the financial performance of the Bekasi city government is measured by using regional financial ratios, namely the independence ratio, the effectiveness ratio of local revenue, and the efficiency ratio of regional spending. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative research method, the analytical technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis which is carried out by collecting and presenting data received from the Bekasi City Government in the form of data on the amount of revenue budget and regional budget, revenue realization and realization Bekasi City regional expenditure so as to provide a clear enough picture for the author to analyze and compare with existing theories. The results of this study indicate the ratio of regional independence in which the role of the central government is decreasing, the effectiveness ratio of local revenue has a poor performance in realizing the planned PAD, the efficiency ratio of regional spending has the government's performance considered quite efficient in spending because the realization is more than 100% against budget.
