Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengauh Profitabilitas, Efisiensi Aset, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Kebijakan Hutang Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kebijakan Dividen sebagai Variabel Intervening pada perusahaan sektor industri barang dan konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analuysis) dengan alat analisis Stata ver.15. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan sektor perusahaan barang dan konsumsi tahun 2013 – 2017 dengan jumlah 39 perusahaan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang dipengaruhi secara langsung terhadap kebijakan dividen hanya profitabilitas, sedangkan efisiensi asset, ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan hutang tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen secara langsung. Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas, Efisiensi Aset, dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh langsung terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kebijakan hutang tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selanjutnya, hasil uji pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen hanya dapat memediasi efisiensi asset dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Efisiensi Aset, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kebijakan Hutang, Kebijakan Dividen. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine whether the effect of Profitability, Asset Efficiency, Company Size, and Debt Policy Against Company Value with Dividend Policy as Intervening Variables in companies in the goods and consumption industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis in this study used path analysis with Stata analysis tool ver.15. The sampling method used in the study is using purposive sampling. The sample used in the study used the goods and consumption sector companies in 2013 - 2017 with a total of 39 sample companies. The results show that only profitability is directly affected by dividend policy, while asset efficiency, company size and debt policy do not affect dividend policy directly. Dividend policy negatively affects the value of the company. Profitability, Asset Efficiency, and Company Size have a direct effect on the value of the company, while debt policy does not directly affect the value of the company. Furthermore, the results of the indirect effect test show that dividend policy can only mediate asset efficiency and firm size against firm value Keywords: Profitability, Asset Efficiency, Company Size, Debt Policy, Dividend Policy.
