Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh laba bersih dan arus kas operasi terhadap dividen tunai pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2012-2016 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode berbasis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 23.0. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan yang terdiri dari laporan laba rugi dan laporan arus kas operasi dari masing-masing perusahaan farmasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan farmasi. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dan laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan melalui situs resmi IDX: www.idx.co.id dan www.sahamok.com. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (1) laba bersih tidak berpengaruh terhadap deviden tunai, (2) arus kas operasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap deviden tunai, namun (3) laba bersih dan arus kas operasi berpengaruh terhadap deviden tunai secara simultan. Kata Kunci: Laba Bersih, Arus Kas Operasi, dan Deviden Tunai ABSTRACT This research is aims to know the effect of net profit and cash flow operations to the cash dividend of the pharmaceutical companies which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2012 up to 2016 either partially or simultaneously. This kind of research is quantitative descriptive and measured with multiple regression method using SPSS 23.0. Data that used in this research is financial report consist income statement and cash flow operations statement from each of pharmaceutical companies. The populations of this research are 10 pharmaceutical companies. Sampling method that used is purposive sampling and the result are 6 company as sample. Data collection techniques are using library research and financial report that publish through official website Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX): www.idx.co.id and www.sahamok.com. The results of this research show as partially (1) net profit does not affect the cash dividend, (2) cash flow operations does not affect the cash dividend, however net profit and cash flow operations have a positive and significant effect on cash dividend in simultaneously.
