Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi manfaat, kemudahan, dan risiko terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan shopeepay. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden yang dijadikan sampel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa/I Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia, dengan sempel sebanyak 98 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS versi 3.0 dan dievaluasi dengan outer model dan inner model. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Persepsi manfaat berpengaruh terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan ShopeePay (2) Persepsi Kemudahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan ShopeePay (3) Persepsi risiko berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan ShopeePay. Kata Kunci: Persepsi Manfaat, Kemudahan, Risiko, Minat Menggunakan ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of perceived benefits, convenience, and risk on interest in transacting using shopeepay. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to respondents who were sampled. The population in this study were students of the Indonesian College of Economics, with a sample of 98 respondents. The analytical tool used is Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 program and evaluated with the outer model and inner model. The calculation results show that (1) Perception of benefits has an effect on interest in transacting using ShopeePay (2) Perception of Ease has no significant effect on interest in transacting using ShopeePay (3) Perception of risk has a significant effect on interest in transacting using ShopeePay.
