Abstract

Minat menjadi salah satu pertimbangan bagi mahasiswa dalam proses pemilihan karir. Minat seseorang muncul dapat dilihat dari beberapa faktor, baik faktor internal maupun eksternal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan Professional, Pertimbangan Pasar Kerja, dan Lingkungan kerja terhadap minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi STEI Jakarta berkarir menjadi Akuntan Publik. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang di ukur menggunakan metoda berbasis regresi linier berganda diolah dengan SPSS Versi 26.00. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa/I S1 jurusan Akuntansi STEI Jakarta angkatan 2018 semester 8 yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah Auditing 1 dan Audit 2. Dengan menggunakan rumus solvin jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 responden dengan menentukan kriteria yang harus dimiliki sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelatihan profesional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi berkarir menjadi akuntan publik. Sedangkan pertimbangan pasar kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi berkarir menjadi akuntan publik Interest is one of the considerations for students in the career selection process. A person's interest can be seen from several factors, both internal and external factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of professional training, labor market considerations, and work environment on the interest of STEI Jakarta Accounting Students to become Publik Accountants. The research method used is descriptive quantitative approach, which is measured using multiple linear regression-based methods processed with SPSS Version 26.00. The population in this study were undergraduate students majoring in Accounting STEI Jakarta class of 2018 semester 8 who had followed the Auditing 1 and Audit 2 courses. By using the solvin formula, the number of samples was 75 respondents by determining the criteria that the sample must have. The results showed that professional training had no significant effect on the interest of accounting students to have a career as a publik accountant. While the consideration of the labor market and work environment have a significant effect on the interest of accounting students in a career as a publik accountant
