Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan hutang (DAR), likuiditas (CR) dan profitabilitas (ROE) terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2015-2019 dengan jumlah 24 perusahaan dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan bantuan aplikasi Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai koefisien menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,620909 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebijakan hutang memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai koefisien menunjukkan nilai sebesar -0,001641 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Likuiditas tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 2,035633. Nilai koefisien korelasi berganda (R) sebesar 0,141070 atau 14,107% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 85,893% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the effect of debt policy (DAR), liquidity (CR), and profitability (ROE) on firm value at property and real estate company which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 with the number of 24 companies using purposive sampling. Data collection methods use in this study is documentation method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and the application instrument is Eviews 10 for windows. The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on firm value. The coefficient value shows a value of 0.620909, so it can be concluded that debt policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value. The coefficient value shows a value of -0.001641 so it can be concluded that liquidity does not have a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a coefficient value of 2.035633. The value of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) is 0.141070 or 14.107%, while the remaining 85.893% is explained by other variables not in this study
