Abstract
Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menunjukkan dan membuktikan pengaruh Corporate Governance: kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional, Corporate Social Responsibility dan Profitabilitas: Return On Asset (ROA) terhadap nilai perusahaan perusahaan sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan strategi metode penelitian asosiatif sebab akibat (kausal) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dianalisis dengan regresi data panel yang diolah menggunakan software Eviews 10. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, terpilih sebagai sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan sehingga total observasi menjadi 45 yang dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dan diambil dari laporan keuangan serta laporan tahunan perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang telah diaudit. Berdasarkan hasil dan interpretasi ditemukan bahwa Good Corporate Governance yang diproksikan dengan 1) Kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, 2) Dewan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, 3) Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, 4) Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan This study intends to demonstrate and prove the influence of Corporate Governance: managerial ownership and institutional ownership, Corporate Social Responsibility and Profitability: Return On Assets (ROA) on the value of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The study was conducted using a causal associative research method strategy with a quantitative approach, analyzed by panel data regression which was processed using Eviews 10 software. The research population was all mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, selected as a sample of 15 companies so that a total of 18 companies were selected as samples. observations into 45 selected based on the method purposive sampling. The data used in this study is secondary data collected and taken from the audited financial statements and annual reports of property and real estate sector companies. Based on the results and interpretations, it was found that Good Corporate Governance as proxied by 1) managerial ownership had a significant effect on firm value while 2) independent board of commissioners had no significant effect on firm value. 3)Corporate Social Responsibility has no significant effect on firm value. Financial performance proxied by 4) Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on firm value.
