Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja dan integritas terhadap kualitas hasil audit pada Kantor Akuntan Publik di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada auditor di 7 Kantor Akuntan Publik di wilayah Jakarta Timur dengan 82 responden. Teknis analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan moderasi regresi analisis (MRA) dan diolah dengan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Kualitas Audit, Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Audit dan Integritas berpengaruh positif terhadap Kualitas Audit pada KAP Jakarta Timur This study aims to determine the effect of education level, work experience and integrity on the quality of audit results at Public Accounting Firms in East Jakarta. This study uses an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The data that been used in this study are primary data that obtained from distributing questionnaires to auditors in 7 Public Accounting Firms in East Jakarta with 82 respondents. Technical analysis of the data in this study using regression analysis (MRA) moderation and processed with SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the variable education level has a positive and significant effect on audit quality, work experience has a positive and significant effect on audit quality and integrity has a positive effect on audit quality at KAP East Jakarta.
