Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghitung analisis laporan arus kas dan melakukan analisis pada sistem penjualan alat berat pada PT Intraco Penta Wahan sebagai salah satu perusahaan penyedia alat berat di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi yang terjadi untuk melihat, mengungkapkan, dan menggambarkan secara tepat hal-hal yang sedang dihadapi serta menarik kesimpulan melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi partisipan, dan analisis rasio laporan arus kas. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis, dalam Sistem Penjualan Alat Berat PT Intraco Penta Wahana telah menerapkan standar pemisahan fungsi-fungsi yang baik dalam sebuah sistem atau prosedur dan telah didukung dokumen dokumen yang cukup sebagai dasar hukum dalam transaksi jual beli alat berat di Indonesia. Sistem Penjualan yang ada juga dapat membantu customer sesuai dengan kemampuan financialnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perhitungan kondisi arus kas PT Intraco Penta Wahana selama kurun waktu 6 tahun (2012- 2017) kurang baik. Dilihat dalam waktu 3 tahun terakhir (2015-2017) kas dan setara kas akhir tahun terus mengalami penurunan hingga pada tahun 2017 menunjukkan angka terendah selama 6 tahun beroperasi sebesar Rp. 4.081.607.277,-. Dalam perhitungan rasio arus kas yang dilakukan, hasil yang didapat menunjukkan nilai dibawah 1 yang menggambarkan selama 6 tahun perusahaan kesulitan membayar kewajibannya dari arus kas operasional usahanya. Hal ini dikarenakan kondisi pasar alat berat yang mengalami penurunan hingga berdampak pada pendapatan penjualan unit alat berat dalam hal ini PT Intraco Penta Wahana sebagai salah satu penyedia alat berat di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Sistem Penjualan, Alat Berat, Laporan Arus Kas, Analisis Rasio// ABSTRACT This research was conducted to calculate cash flow statement analysis and analyze on heavy equipment sales system at PT Intraco Penta Wahan as one of the heavy equipment provider company in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to describe the conditions that occur to see, reveal, and describe exactly the things that are being faced and draw conclusions through a case study approach. Data analysis techniques used were interviews, participant observation, and cash flow statement analysis. The data source used is secondary data. The results of research conducted by the author, in the Heavy Equipment Sales System PT Intraco Penta Wahana has implemented standards of separation of good functions in a system or procedure and has been supported documents sufficient as legal basis in the sale and purchase of heavy equipment in Indonesia. The existing Sales System can also help customers in accordance with their financial capabilities. Based on the analysis and calculation of cash flow condition of PT Intraco Penta Wahana during the period of 6 years (2012-2017) is not good. Viewed in the last 3 years (2015-2017) year-end cash and cash equivalents continue to decline until 2017 shows the lowest 6-year operating rate of Rp. 4,081,607,277, - . In the calculation of the ratio of cash flows conducted, the results obtained show the value below 1 that describes for 6 years the company has difficulty paying its obligations from operating cash flow operations. This is due to the heavy equipment market conditions that have decreased to affect the sales revenue of heavy equipment unit in this case PT Intraco Penta Wahana as one of the heavy equipment providers in Indonesia.
