Abstract

Pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi informasi di era ini sangat dibutuhkan, tak terkecuali untuk sektor pemerintahan. Kementerian Keuangan mengeluarkan aplikasi berbasis website yang memiliki sistem terintegrasi Aplikasi terintegrasi akan memudahkan satuan kerja dalam pengelolaan keuangan serta pembuatan laporan pertanggungjawaban bendahara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dari penggunaan aplikasi terintegrasi dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan pembuatan laporan pertanggungjawaban bendahara di Satuan Kerja Deputi Bidang Perlindungan Khusus Anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara langsung kepada beberapa informan terkait. Analisis data yaitu dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, melakukan reduksi data dari hasil oberservasi dan wawancara langsung lalu membuat penyajian data dan melakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dikumpulkan, aplikasi SAKTI dapat berjalan efektif dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan pembuatan laporan pertanggungjawaban di Satuan Kerja Deputi Bidang Perlindungan Khusus Anak. Sistem yang terintegrasi dalam aplikasi SAKTI berdampak pada penghematan waktu untuk proses pengelolaan keuangan. Aplikasi SAKTI memiliki tingkat keamanan tinggi karena adanya penggunaan One Time Password (OTP). Pembuatan laporan pertanggungjawaban bendahara dengan menggunakan aplikasi SAKTI juga lebih sederhana. Kemudahan dalam pengambilan data serta pencetakan laporan yang lebih praktis dan laporan pertanggungjawaban bendahara dapat dilaporkan tepat waktu Utilization of the development of information technology in this era is very much needed, not least for the government sector. The Ministry of Finance issues a website-based application that has an integrated system. Integrated applications will facilitate work units in financial management and the preparation of treasurer accountability reports. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of integrated applications in financial management and the preparation of treasurer accountability reports in the Deputy for Child Protection. This study uses a qualitative approach, data collection is done by observation, documentation, and direct interviews with several relevant informants. Data analysis is by collecting data, reducing data from the results of observations and direct interviews then making data presentations and drawing conclusions. The results of the research based on the analysis of the data that have been collected, the SAKTI application can run effectively in financial management and making accountability reports in the Deputy for Child Protection. The integrated system in the SAKTI application has an impact on saving time for the financial management process. The SAKTI application has a high level of security due to the use of One Time Password (OTP). Making the treasurer's accountability report using the SAKTI application is also simpler. Ease of data collection and printing of more practical reports and the treasurer's accountability report can be reported on time.
