Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah perbandingan antara kondisi normal, pandemi covid-19 dan UU cipta kerja omnibus law berpengaruh sama disetiap kondisi terhadap aktivitas ekonomi perusahaan, atau berpengaruh tidak sama disetiap kondisi terhadap aktivitas ekonomi perusahaan dan atau kondisi mana yang memiliki pasangan kondisi sama dan tidak sama pada saat aktivitas perusahaan dalam kondisi normal, pandemi covid-19 dan UU cipta kerja omnibus law. Data penelitian dihimpun melalui survey menggunakan kuesioner dengan pertimbangan sampel terpilih adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada industri makanan yang dipilih secara random sampling. Metoda analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Kruskal Wallis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS versi 24.0. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pengaruh adanya kondisi yang diteliti terhadap aktivitas perusahaan yang terjadi memberikan hasil pengaruh yang berbeda diantara masing-masing kondisi, dimana kejelasan tentang perbandingan disetiap kondisinya yang terjadi secara jelas diperoleh bahwa aktivitas perusahaan pada saat kondisi normal berbeda dengan pada saat kondisi pandemi covid-19, begitu juga kondisi normal berbeda dengan kondisi UU cipta kerja omnibus law dan aktivitas perusahaan pada kondisi pandemi covid-19 berbeda dengan kondisi pada saat terbitnya UU cipta kerja omnibus law. Kata Kunci : Kondisi Normal, Pandemi Covid-19 dan UU Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law, Aktivitas Ekonomi Perusahan, Kruskal Wallis. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out whether the comparison between normal conditions, the covid-19 pandemic and the omnibus law job creation law has the same effect in every condition on the company's economic activity, or does not have the same effect in every condition on the company's economic activity and or which conditions have the same pair of conditions. and not the same when the company's activities are in normal conditions, the covid-19 pandemic and the omnibus law work copyright. The research data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire with the consideration that the selected sample was a company engaged in the food industry which was selected by random sampling. The data analysis method used in this study was Kruskal Wallis analysis with the help of SPSS statistical software version 24.0. The results of the study showed that the effect of the conditions under study on the company's activities that occurred gave different results between each condition, where clarity about the comparison in each condition that occurred was clearly obtained that the company's activities during normal conditions were different from during the covid pandemic conditions. -19, as well as normal conditions that are different from the conditions of the omnibus law copyright law and the company's activities during the covid-19 pandemic are different from the conditions at the time of the omnibus law creation law issuance.
