Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Efektivitas Bantuan Sosial Untuk UMKM Di Masa Pandemi Covid 19 dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan Analisis Statistik Deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan data atau menggambarkan data yang telah terkumpul. Serta informasi melalui data Badan Statistik Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang bergerak di sektor UMKM. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda Studi Dokumentasi melalui Situs Resmi Badan Statistik DKI Jakarta, Wawancara, dan Survei terhadap masyarakat UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapat bahwa efektivitas Bantuan Sosial untuk UMKM terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah DKI Jakarta tidak efektif dikarenakan program bantuan sosial yang dianggarkan melalui APBD bertujuan untuk menghindarkan masyarakat dari ketimpangan sosial serta meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat mulai dari kebutuhan pokok serta pernambahan untuk modal usaha. Sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi sangat efektif terhadap pendapatan asli daerah dikarenakan, anggaran besar yang diterima pendapatan asli daerah melalui pajak daerah yang di pengaruhi oleh perekonomian masyarakat, semakin tinggi pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat semakin tinggi kontribusi masyarakat dalam membayar kewajiban pajaknya This study aims to test the Effectiveness of Social Assistance for MSMEs During the Covid 19 Pandemic and Economic Growth on Regional Original Income. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, using Descriptive Statistical Analysis to describe the data or describe the data that has been collected. As well as information through data from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Statistics Agency. The population of this research is people who are engaged in the MSME sector. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data collection techniques used the Documentation Study method through the Official Website of the DKI Jakarta Statistics Agency, interviews, and surveys of the MSME community. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the effectiveness of MSME Social Assistance on the Regional Original Income of DKI Jakarta was not due to the social assistance program budgeted through the regional budget which aims to prevent people from being social and improve the community's economy starting from basic needs and additions to business capital. Meanwhile, economic growth is very effective on local revenue because the large budget received by local revenue is influenced by the community's economy, the increase in community economic growth increases the community's contribution to paying taxes.
