Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sales growth ,return on equity dan earning per share terhadap dividend per share pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang didapatkan melalui laporan keuangan perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2016-2020. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sehingga dapat diperoleh sampel sebanyak 30. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian in menggunakan analisa regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sales Growth tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, Return On Equity dan Earning Per Share berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Dividend Per Share tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan Sales Growth dan Earning Per Share Terhadap Harga Saham, akan tetapi mampu memoderasi dan memperkuat hubungan Return On Equity dengan harga saham. Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Pengembalian Ekuitas (ROE), Laba Per Lembar Saham (EPS), Harga Saham, Dividend Per Lembar (DPS). ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of sales growth return on equity and earnings per share on dividend per share in Property and Real Estate companies. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained through the company's financial statements. The population of this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange period of 2014-2016. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method, so that can be obtained as many as 60 companies. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple regression analysis by using program of SPSS version 20. The result of this research show that Sales Growth has no significant effect on stock prices, Return On Equity and Earning Per Share have a significant effect on stock prices. Dividend Per Share is not able to moderate the relationship between Sales Growth and Earning Per Share on Stock Prices, but will be able to moderate and strengthen the relationship between Return On Equity and stock prices.
