Abstract

fungsi manajemen dilakukan, jika saham suatu perusahaan tinggi maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat penerimaan para pemilik perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan adalah presepsi investor terhadap tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan yang terkait erat dengan harga sahamnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, pengaruh likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan, mengetahui ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel pemoderasi nantinya akan dapat memoderasi atau tidak profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dan mengetahui ukuran perusahaan atau tidak pengaruh likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI 2018- 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berjumlah 14 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga jumlah sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 14 perusahaan sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 42 observasi. Data yang digunakan penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui situs www.idx.co.id dan website perusahaan. Firm value is one of the benchmarks for assessing how management functions are carried out, if the stock of a company is high, the higher the level of acceptance of the owners of the company. Firm value is an investor's perception of the company's level of success which is closely related to its share price. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity on firm value, the effect of profitability on firm value, the effect of firm size on firm value, knowing firm size as a moderating variable not liquidity on firm value and determine firm size as a moderating variable later. will be able to moderate or not the influence of profitability on company value in companies listed on the IDX 2018-2020. This research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the BEI, totaling 14 companies. Determination of the sample was carried out using purposive sampling method so that the number of samples selected was 14 companies so that the total observations in this study were 42 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection technique uses the documentation method through the www.idx.co.id website and the company's website
