Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi struktur modal perusahaan pada Perusahaan Real Estate dan Property di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2021, dimana faktor-faktor tersebut terdiri dari profitabilitas, struktur aset, peluang pertumbuhan dan ukuran perusahaan.. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi penelitian asosiatif kausal. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metoda kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang dijadikan populasi adalah laporan keuangan seluruh Perusahaan Real Estate dan Property di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang diambil oleh peneliti adalah 27 Perusahaan Real Estate dan Property di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan menggunakan data laporan keuangan berupa neraca dan laporan laba rugi pada periode tahun 2015-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dengan alat analisis Eviews 10. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan profitabilitas, struktur aset, peluang pertumbuhan tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal pada Perusahaan Real Estate dan Property di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2021. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal pada Perusahaan Real Estate dan Property di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2021. This study aims to determine the effect of factors that influence the company's capital structure on Real Estate and Property Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2021, where these factors consist of profitability, asset structure, growth opportunities and firm size. The research strategy used in this study is a causal associative research strategy. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. In this study, the population used is the financial statements of all Real Estate and Property Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples taken by the researchers were 27 Real Estate and Property Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using financial statement data in the form of balance sheets and income statements for the 2015-2021 period. This study uses panel data with the Eviews 10 analysis tool. Based on the results and discussion, it shows that profitability, asset structure, growth opportunities have no effect on the capital structure of Real Estate and Property Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2021. Firm size has negative effect on the capital structure of Real Estate and Property Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2021.
