Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor keamanan, kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi risiko terhadap keputusan pembeli ecommerce pada mahasiswa STEI Rawamangun pengguna Shoppe. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan strategi asosiatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara minimal dua variabel atau lebih dan mencari sebab dan akibat. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuesioner, dimana data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari pernyataan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh signifikan Kemananan terhadap keputusan pembeli. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembeli. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan persepsi risiko terhadap keputusan pembeli. This study aims to determine the relationship between security factors, service quality and risk perception on e-commerce buyer decisions on STEI Rawamangun students, Shoppe users. The research was conducted using an associative strategy, namely research that aims to determine the influence between at least two or more variables and look for cause and effect. The research method used in this research is a questionnaire research method, where data is obtained through a questionnaire with data collected from statements with a total sample of 97 people. The sampling method used in this study was accidental sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study conclude that there is a significant effect of security on buyer decisions. There is no significant effect of service quality on buyer decisions. There is a significant effect of risk perception on buyer decisions.
