Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai deputi bidang usaha mikro kementerian koperasi dan usaha kecil menengah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, dan kuesioner melalui Google Form dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai deputi bidang usaha mikro kementerian koperasi dan usaha kecil menengah sebanyak 106 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan propotionate statified random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 84 responden. Dengan teknik pengolahan data uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedasitas, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji parsial (uji t) dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, namun lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. The data collection method used was observation and a questionnaire via Google Form with a Likert scale. The population in this study were 106 deputy employees of the micro-enterprise ministry of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling using the slovin formula with an error rate of 5% with a sample of 84 respondents. With data processing techniques validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and partial test (t test) using SPSS software version 24. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and work motivation have no effect on employee work discipline, but the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline.
