Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi, lingkungan kerja kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada Pegawai Kantor Kelurahan Kayu Manis Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Kelurahan Kayu Manis Jakarta Timur dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dari populasi yang berjumlah 71 pegawai. Analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM PLS penelitian Inner Model, Outer Model dan Uji Hipotesis dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja tidak dapat memediasi antara disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dapat memediasi antara lingkungan kerja terhdap kepuasan kerja pada pegawai Kantor Kelurahan Kayu Manis Jakarta Timur. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on job satisfaction, work environment on job satisfaction, work discipline on work motivation, work environment on work motivation, work motivation on job satisfaction, influence of work discipline on job satisfaction with work motivation as a mediating variable. work environment on job satisfaction with work motivation as a mediating variable in the Kayu Manis Village Office Employees, East Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative strategy with a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of the Kayu Manis Village Office, East Jakarta and the sample in this study was all of the population, totaling 71 employees. The analysis used is SEM PLS research Inner Model, Outer Model and Hypothesis Testing using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of the study prove that work discipline has no effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has no effect on work motivation, work environment has had an effect on work motivation, work motivation has had an effect on job satisfaction, work motivation cannot mediate between work discipline and job satisfaction, work motivation can mediate between the work environment on job satisfaction in employees of the Kayu Manis Village Office, East Jakarta.
