Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, organizational culture and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT Trio Eagle Logistics. This study uses an associative quantitative research strategy. The method used in this research is a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of PT Trio Eagle Logistics, totaling 87 employees. The analysis used is the coefficient of determination (r-square), and the t test. The results of the study prove that the work environment influences employee job satisfaction, organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction, and work discipline influences employee job satisfaction at PT Trio Eagle Logistics employees. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Trio Eagle Logistic. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Trio Eagle Logistic yang berjumlah 87 karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi (r-square), dan uji t. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada karyawan PT Trio Eagle Logistic.
