Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on driver performance with job satisfaction as a moderator variable for motorcycle taxi drivers in the Cipinang area. The type of research conducted in this research is quantitative research. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire method which was measured using a Likert scale. Sampling was carried out using an incidental sampling technique with the criteria of Gojek drivers working in the Cipinang area totaling 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used moderation regression analysis, the coefficient of determination and the t test with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of the study concluded that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on driver performance, (2) Work discipline has a negative and significant effect on driver performance, (3) Job satisfaction moderates the effect of work motivation on driver performance to be negative, (4) Job satisfaction moderates the influence of work discipline on driver performance to be positive Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja driver dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel moderator pada driver gojek wilayah Cipinang. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner yang diukur menggunaka skala likert. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling insidential dengan kriteria driver Gojek yang bekerja di wilayah Cipinang berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisi regresi moderasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji t dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja driver, (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja driver, (3) Kepuasan kerja memoderasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja driver menjadi negatif, (4) Kepuasan kerja memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja driver menjadi positif
