Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance, work environment and work stress on the morale of the employees of shophouses Avenue East Jakarta Data collection obtained as many as 100 employees. The data used in this research is in the form of primary data. The research strategy used in this research is an associative research strategy with the research method used is multiple linear regression method. In this study, the authors used quantitative data as measured by a regression-based method, namely the t test and f test as measured by the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study prove that, (1) work life balance affects work morale, (2) work environment influences work morale, (3) work stress influences work morale, (4) influences work life balance, work environment and work stress simultaneous positive and significant effect on morale Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan ruko avenue jakarta timur Metode dalam penelitian yang megggunakan metode kuantitatif, Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa data primer. penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis yakni pengujian regresi linear berganda, pengujian kualitas data, dan pengujian hipotesis .Pengambilan data diperoleh sebanyak 100 karyawan. yang diukur dengan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa, (1) work life balance berpengaruh Terhadap Semangat Kerja, (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh Terhadap Semangat Kerja, (3) stres kerja berpengaruh Terhadap Semangat Kerja, (4) pengaruh work life balance, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam Semangat Kerja
