Abstract

This study aims to provide an explanation of how the independent variables influence, namely Individual Characteristics (X1), Job Stress (X2), on the dependent variable, namely Personnel Performance (Y) through Productivity (Z) as an intervening variable. This study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires as a sample. This research uses associative research with a quantitative approach, measured using the SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The population of this study were members of the Indonesian National Police and civil servants and the sample of this study was determined based on the purposive sampling method with the criteria of having worked for one year and members of the North Jakarta Metro Police HR personnel, totaling 60 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data. Data collection techniques using Googleform and Microsoft Excel. The results of the study prove that (1) there is a direct effect of individual characteristics on productivity, (2) there is a direct effect of individual characteristics on personnel performance, (3) there is no direct effect of work stress on productivity, (4) there is no direct effect of work stress on performance Personnel, (5) There is no direct effect of Productivity on Personnel Performance (6) There is no indirect effect of Individual Characteristics on Personnel Performance through Productivity. (7) There is no indirect effect of Job Stress on Personnel Performance through Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan suatu penjelasan bagaimana pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu Karakteristik Individu (X1), Stres Kerja (X2), terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Kinerja Personil (Y) melalui Produktivitas (Z) sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebagai suatu pengambilan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, diukur dengan menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4.0. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah anggota Polri dan PNS dan sampel penelitian ini yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria adalah sudah bekerja selama satu tahun dan anggota personil SDM Polres Metro Jakarta Utara yang berjumlah sebanyak 60 responden. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan googleform dan Microsoft exel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung Karakteristik Individu Terhadap Produktivitas, (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung Karakteristik Individu Terhadap Kinerja Personil, (3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung Stres Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas, (4) Tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Personil, (5) Tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung Produktivitas Terhadap Kinerja Personil (6) Tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Karakteristik Individu Terhadap Kinerja Personil melalui Produktivitas. (7) Tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Personil melalui Produktivitas.
